It's been a pleasure taking my driving classes at Target Driving School and my Instructor Elias is so professional, polite and very supportive. He made me feel extremely comfortable behind the wheel and in 4 classes I went from having no real driving experience to feeling confident enough to immediately take the road test and I passed the test!I really liked that, they have a pick & drop at home facility for extra dollars. The classes are done in back to back 4 days.My Examiner Brandi was really kind, and gave me clear instructions before taking the test. Yolanda helped me schedule my classes and all the staff are very welcoming and supportive.I definitely recommend Target Driving School for anyone that’s getting their license and to learn safe driving and they are amazing and worth going to.
Target Driving School helped me to be a safe driver. The staff is very polite and helpful, they always had patience and time to resolve any doubts I had.Hector , Cheyenne are really great trainers and Yolanda was always polite.Brandy is super cool.Really appreciate the time and efforts you all spent to make me a safe and better driver.

I had a splendid experience at Target Driving School. They did a great job helping me build good driving habits. Hector is a great instructor who explains things in a way that is easy for me to comprehend. He also encouraged me to be patient with myself and have faith in myself. I had never touched the steering wheel before, but after five lessons, I passed my driving test on the first try. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy driving school in Austin.Scheduling with them can be a little bit tricky. Sometimes they can be quite busy with the road tests and walking in students. You may need to call in again before they answer your calls. Also, they do open on Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Not sure why Google Maps says otherwise.
Had the best experience here, everyone was extremely nice and polite. I was able to get in to an appointment the day before and Brandi was amazing. She was really sweet and made me less nervous about driving on the road. I will definitely be recommending her and target driving school.
I highly recommend TDS. Yolanda was very kind and helped coordinate schedule for classes. Leanne was amazing instructor, she made parallel parking so easy with her tips and explain basic rules and concepts. She make me comfortable and give me confidence. Brandi was my examiner. I was so nervous for my driving test but she understand and kept me calm.. My tester gave very detailed information and suggestions on my driving skills.
I am so beyond satisfied with my experience at the school!! First of all, Yolanda was so helpful with the scheduling and sent reminders the day before. I had Brandi for both my refresh class and the driving test, and cannot say better things about her! I went in very nervous, but she was so kind and explained everything you need to know to drive safely and responsibly. She gave me the confidence I needed to take the driving test and gave me feedback once the test was over (as well as throughout the class). Definitely going back to take highway driving lessons with them. Cannot recommend them enough!

My instructor Hector was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He taught me the skills and techniques I needed to be a safe driver. He made me believe in myself. Brandi, who took my driving test, was professional and gave me clear instructions and feedback. I didn't experience panic during the test while Brandi watched me drive. I had a nice experience with my road test preparation and test with Target Driving School. Yolanda was very kind and patiently helped in coordinating the schedule for the classes. Hector was my instructor for the first class and explained the basics, rules and concepts very nicely. Brandi was my instructor for the remaining classes and she patiently explained me the concept of driving safely for the safety of myself and others. During the classes, she conveyed the areas to improve and helped me dispel my nervousness by teaching me the concept of "Target" and worked on my driving. I liked the way how they make you comfortable, listen to you and give confidence at each and every step. Their lessons helped me to clear my exam in the first attempt. I will recommend Target Driving School for the road test preparation.
It was really a great experience in getting trained at Target Driving School. My instructors were Leanne and George and a big shout out to both of them. They were perfect and very helpful. Thanks a ton to Brandi for her approach in keeping me calm during the exam and also to Yolanda for her flexibility in scheduling the classes... Just had my first driving lesson with Leanne at Target Driving School and I've got to say, it was awesome. Leanne is such an amazing instructor – she’s super calm and explains things in a way that just clicks. I couldn't believe how comfortable I felt behind the wheel; she really boosted my confidence. The coolest part? I actually drove myself back home after the lesson! Big shoutout to Leanne at Target Driving School – she's doing an amazing job and making driving lessons something to look forward to.
Leanne was a very patient, friendly and knowledgeable instructor. She took time in explaining the laws, clarified each and every doubts and gave plenty of advice on how to drive safe in the road following the rules. Elle is another instructor who gave lot of tips on how to avoid mistakes. My sincere thanks to both of them. Brandi who evaluated me shared the areas where I did well and especially on the areas where I made mistakes. It helped me a lot and reminded to be mindful in the road to drive safe. Thanks Brandi. I highly recommend Target Driving school. They are very structured with their training and I was feeling confident behind the wheel within two classes. My instructor was Brandi and she was very warm , very patient and informative. I had tried learning from another instructor in the past and I could see how different and professional Target Driving School is. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone.

My lessons with Target Driving School (specifically Hector, my amazing instructor) were extremely helpful and got me through my test! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is scared or anxious about driving. They are patient and diligent to ensure that you are not only prepared for your test but also build good driving habits.
I took driving class from TDS and was able to get through in single attempt.I booked my class with the help from Yolanda.She is very understandable person - had a thorough discussion about my office timings and available classes timings -- and got one for post lunch time.Hector was my instructor who always maintains cool and calm and possess a very down-to-earth attitude and answers all our questions ( even repeated questions ). He really understands that we may forget few things and explains it again without any if and but.Brandi was my examiner who provides crystal clear instructions and expectations. Post examination, she also explains about mistakes ( if any ) and how to avoid it.Would definitely recommend.

Most students sign up for the full-four lesson package that includes:
- Laws and Road Application (2 hours)
- Maneuvers (1.5 hours)
- Practice Exam (1.5 hours)
- Student’s Choice: Driving Exam or Refresher (1.5 hours)

George Kosho began his career in driver education in 1987 in Miami, FL and moved to Austin in 1998 to later open Target Driving School. Over the course of his career, George developed a unique and easy-to-follow teaching methodology known as The Target System, which has helped thousands of drivers of all ages and abilities to become safe, smart, and confident drivers.
